A little footnote on the state of the mortgage business

Look at the statistics on foreclosures:

• 98.7% of mortgages are NOT in foreclosure.
• 97.4% of mortgages are paid on time
• 1.28% of mortgages ARE in foreclosure.
• Only 10% of mortgages are subprime loans.
• 8% of subprime mortgages are in foreclosure or delinquent.
