Today's Real Estate Market

Well, here we are almost two years into a buyers market. Most sellers sitll are in denial, believing they are able to get more than their neighbor got last year. Most buyers are aware that they are in the drivers seat.

Interesting, very interesting!! Some days, I do not know if I should laugh or I should cry!! If I want to sell a property, I will be crying as the sellers market is long over! I want to laugh as a buyer, knowing that I am in total control of the deal.

Note that this post is dated Memorial Day weekend, 2007 and my prediction is that this "buyers market" will continue until 2009 or maybe even 2010.

There are some great buys out there today! If you are a first time homebuyer, you can buy with no money down and have your closing costs paid by sellers. Great opportunities abound!!
