This is important as it means that YOUR LISTING will never miss a showing opportunity with any agent.
The Agent will call the Showing Service, who will call you and then call the Agent back to confirm. You will have access via their website to see a record of showings and even edit the showing instructions.
We follow-up with Agent showings in order to gain feedback. Additionally, Agents are noticed of a price change in an effort to bring back previous buyers. Record of this follow-up will appear on the website.
Buyers begin their search on the internet and will continue to search for properties throughout their buying process. This is most important as they must see the property in their search results. Our goal is expose the property to the widest audience.
